ever born again

howdy.

some updates in my adventures... sort of.

Met up with a friend of mine, who I've met off and on for a few months... he used to live in Austin and before that Norman and he gigs around in an Americana'bluegrass band... hmmm.
Perfect.
This pic is of a friend of his, now my friend, Malcomb, who builds banjos and is a badass.
They are playing every other Sunday at a near by pub... good thing I'm finally learning the mandolin. (Got 4 cords down. nice)

And yes, if you recognize, that's Miss Ali. She and her momma and a friend were here for two days last week and I organized her to get into an open mic and Dan let her borrow the geeetar.
